Take a step back in time and experience the magic of a Victorian Christmas all weekend-long at
Christmas in the Village, at the Historic Wallace House! Filled with old-fashion Christmas-inspired activities, sights and sounds, our community open house is holiday fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Holiday fun at Wallace House, THE Woodbridge Library & WOodbridge Avenue
On Saturday, December 2 and Sunday December 3 the Historic Wallace
House together with the Woodbridge Village Ratepayers and the Woobridge Library will be hosting a seasonal celebration along Woodbridge Avenue. Join us for "Christmas in the Village" as we bring our community together and celebrate the season with Victorian flare!
ADMISSION IS FREE. Donations to the Food Bank and The Wallace House will be accepted.
HOURS:
Saturday December 2nd: 12 pm - 8 pm
Sunday December 3rd: 11 am - 5 pm

o Tree Lighting Ceremony @ 5:30 pm Saturday
o Wallace House Memory Room
o Selfies with Santa & Santa's Corner
o Live Music with Sean Kelly
o Community Outdoor Lounge & Firepit
o Food Trucks & vendors
o Pop-up Christmas market
o Old fashioned Horse & Wagon rides (Saturday: 12:30 – 5:30 pm
and Sunday 11:30 – 4:30)
o Holiday treats, hot chocolate and cookies
o Santa’s sleigh & ice sculpture (Ice sculpture from 1:00-4:00)
o Food Drive - in support of Vaughan Food Bank
ACTIVITIES in the Woodbridge Library
o Vaughan Library story time - 2:00 to 2:30
o Story time with Mrs. Claus - First story at 1:30
o Book Walk - self-guided book walk
o Letters to Santa - write your letter to Santa and drop it in our
special 'direct post' mailbox - noon to 4:30
o Cookie Decorating and tree ornament crafts
